Together in the premier class
Professional camp/ Eintracht Frankfurt stadium
Professionals among themselves: With Eintracht Frankfurt and JOKA, two partners are growing together for whom only the best is good enough. The new professional camp of Eintracht was largely fitted with JOKA floors and doors. Naturally robust oak floorboards on the executive floor combine a prestigious look with sustainability, while impact sound-absorbing and joint-friendly carpet tiles in club colours promote concentration and corporate identity among the 280 employees. Stylish design flooring in a slate look was chosen for the physiotherapy and sports area.
Wellness at the highest level
Therme/Hotel Erding
With over 185,000 m² of usable space, Therme Erding is currently the largest thermal spa in the world. Several thousand visitors splash, slide and relax in the various bathing, sauna and spa areas every day. Major challenges for the flooring: it has to withstand permanent exposure to moisture and high temperatures and be easy to clean. For the new wave pool, the choice therefore fell on the design floor 555 in the Wild Maple look. The richly nuanced, slightly reddish play of colours is reminiscent of Canadian maple and creates an effective contrast to the turquoise blue of the pool with its pronounced structure.

Multifunctional hall Edel-Optics.de Arena Wilhelmsburg
In August 2018, Hamburg's Wilhelmsburg district was a hive of activity as the Wheelchair Basketball World Championships took place here for the first time in Germany. Twelve women's and 16 men's teams played 96 games to decide the new champions, who ultimately came from Great Britain. A new floor was laid in the highly frequented VIP lounge especially for this event. The flooring had to have the look of a real plank and also fulfil the requirements for high durability for wheelchairs. The choice fell on the particularly hard-wearing Ativo x3 natural wood flooring.

Stadion an der alten Försterei Berlin
With a capacity of over 22,000 spectators, the An der Alten Försterei stadium is the largest stadium in Berlin that is used exclusively for football. Inaugurated in 1920, it now serves as the home ground of 1. FC Union Berlin. The total floor area of 6,600 m² is spread over various areas: various boxes, players' and referees' cabins as well as backstage zones such as the press room, corridors, stairwells and storage areas. All were fitted with attractive, hard-wearing floor coverings - always matching the respective area of use. The highlight is the carpet in "Union red", which was specially made for the football club. It adorns the approximately 2,000 m² of VIP boxes and the so-called Eisern Lounges, which can be hired for events.
